About
Synthesis Wellness
Synthesis Wellness is all about integrating the many aspects of ourselves, our lives, and our relationships so that we can show up in the world as the most authentic, creative, and alive version of ourselves. I aim to guide you (back) to the life you envisioned before the world told you what kind of life was "good." How can I do this when I don't know you? Simple - I've been there. I've had all the things on the surface and still felt like there had to be more to life.
My goal is to share the tools, practices, and resources that have been so valuable to me along my journey. Maybe they will resonate with you. I believe that kindness, connection with other beings, and truly knowing ourselves has a ripple effect in the world, pulling us toward a better collective society.
Oh and I love coffee, books, being cozy and petting my cat Crouton and my 2 dogs, Enzo and Colin. My husband Dave and I met in college and have been together for 13 years.

I’ve been teaching yoga since April 2021. After completing my 200-hour I went on to complete a 500-hour certification specializing in Yoga Therapy. I still practice as a student regularly. I also have the privilege of teaching yoga every Thursday evening at Tiny Lions Cat Cafe in Ann Arbor, MI.

I completed Level I and II training with my mentor Adina Marie in 2022. I’m fascinated by how energy works and this training further deepened my understanding of it.

Fun Fact: I was on the gymnastics team during my college years at Cornell University. Uneven bars was my favorite event.
Cornell holds a special place in my heart. I grew up in those 4 years on the hill and my husband and I eventually got married at the museum on campus. I also took a Human Bonding class with Professor Cindy Hazan and I owe my interest in adult attachment and relationships to that course.

I’ve worked in healthcare for the last 9 years in various roles. One of my core values is to make a lasting difference and working in safety for a local health system allows me to tap into that desire.
